Bone In Ribeye

Redhouse grass fed + finished ribeye steak. Ribeyes are best known for their marbling and fat content. When cooked, fat melts and covers the meat from the inside giving it a buttery robust flavor. As a fairly quick-cooking steak, these make for a nice dinner in any night of the week, and they're great grilled, pan-seared or broiled.

Redhouse beef is pasture raised, dry aged + flash frozen.
